Young Adult Mentoring Program

The Mentoring Program is a faith based program designed to engage and empower young professionals by fostering personal growth in various areas of their lives as well as providing a platform for the transference of values and legacies from one generation to the next. The program cultivates leadership skills with young professionals by providing an environment that nurtures their visions, and equips them with the necessary time tested tools to propel growth in their careers, finances, personal and leadership development.

Future plans include a partnership between the program’s Alumni Association and Future Bound Independent Living Program (“FILP”) which is a division of the National Center for Children and Families (“NCCF”), a Montgomery County institution with an aim to cater to Maryland vulnerable youths between the ages 17 to 20 who have aged out of the foster care system and require assistance and mentoring to transition to adulthood.
