Neighbordhood Carwash & Lawn Care Service This service is offered as our way of giving back to families who live in our neighborhood. It has been used as a medium for us to familiarize ourselves with our neighbors by lending a helping hand. Car washes and Lawn care services are offered at the homes of our neighbors FREE of charge! In 2007 and 2008 Jesus House, DC offered these services to 400 homes in our neighborhood.
